QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum label run per design: 5,000

2. 4 Color process- up to 10 colors

3. Plate and film cost: $100 per color

4. Customer to provide camera-ready artwork for Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

5. Price per CASE indicated on price list for 3 different quantities of 6-packs, 12 packs or 24 packs.

6. All custom labels are to be paid for in advance once pre-press artwork is signed off by customer, prior to label run. Label cost will be deducted from each case cost as custom labels are used.

7. Shipments are COD.

8. Once the customer approves artwork for labels, delivery time is 21-30 days, depending on season.
